Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

Third day of lunar cycle
Waxing moon in Aquarius

It is the only time in the year when we have 'tween days. I love the days between Christmas and New Year's. Some folks are still on vacation and visiting with friends and family. And, there are those unfortunately who have returned to work by today.

But, the count is down to the end of the solar cycle; before a new year is to begin. Has everyone begun thinking of their resolutions? Me, I've given up on resolutions. Mine are begun but not ended or not begun at all.

My only resolution is to live each day as it comes. To enjoy in it what the Higher Power gives me. To treat my friends and family as best I can and ask nothing in return.

The Yule/Christmas season was good to my immediate family. We received just what we needed. The best gift is the friendship of those we call friends and family. No material gift can match that.
