Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

I swear, this wind has got to stop. I was out in it two brief times yesterday and I wake up this morning with the sinuses all stopped up. Plus, I have a headache. My DH told me this morning that I was snoring up a storm all by myself last night/this morning. Snoring doesn't help me either. At this point, I'm not sure if I used my netti pot water would flow through my nostrils.

Today's big plans are to finish up the housing authority's paperwork and then work on the convention preparations for the literary table. I would also like to get some housework stuff done as well. Oh, there are the strawberries from the food bank that need to be prepared for eating and for freezing. Hmmm, I think maybe, just maybe, I have too many things on my plate.

I just read online that author Ray Bradbury died. It's hard to believe. I think I feel a Bradbury reading marathon coming on here in the near future.

It's now 7:03 p.m. The most I have done today is to clean up the kitchen. Other than that I have been reading and napping. My head is a little better but the headache is still there hiding out in my sinuses. I hope tomorrow will be a better day. I really do have things I must do.
