Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

Most of my days have been of rest. It's the only thing I am capable of for the moment.

This morning was no different. I woke up to feeling dread. If I get out of bed I have to begin making choices. None of my usual stuff is making me happy so I am not doing them. I know this is all will pass. I feel it is the mixing up of my diabetes medications and my one psych med. Then let's not forget, my body is going through changes itself and with the help of the drugs.

Even though I am taking it easy, I straightened up my "hot spot" in the living room. Next I attacked the kitchen and tidied up. I washed all of my new stuff and the appliances. Gosh, it is going to be nice to have a toaster again.

More room was made in our apartment because Michael had put some stuff for sale on Craig's List. It will be good to sell these items since they are just taking up space. We have even gone so far as to put stuff out on the street and a free sign on them.

Right now we have photos, paintings and portraits propped up against the wall in various rooms as we try to decide where they all shall go. Even thinking about this is giving me a headache.

Well, onto other stuff. So much for a day of rest.
