I slept in this morning. Michael tells me I was fussy during the night. He thinks it is because of all of the activity we have had the last couple of days.

I wonder whether it is the weather change or we have begun a new lunar cycle. Either of those can change my moods.

When I arose, it appeared all gray out but now the rain has begun. This has not stopped the hummingbirds from coming to feed. I feel for them as they sit upon the bottlebrush bush. They flutter their wings to remove the accumulated rain.

With the entire goings on, the apartment looks like a bomb has gone off. I see what my doings today will be but I feel it is going to take more than a day to get us back to right and tidy.

Last night we began the DVD of "North and South." It is another BBC program wherein a chaplain's family moves from the South to the North. In the north they learn the difference between the two residences. It reminds me a lot of what has happened in the United States. And, I shan't say any more and spoil it.

I'd best get onto my other stuff. Wherever you are stay dry and be peachy.
