Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

Sunday
Waning Moon Pisces

My outing for yesterday was to go to the eye doctor. One to check my eyes out because they have been giving me fits when it comes to reading with and without glasses. Second, because I broke the temple bar off my current glasses. Luckily, I had an old set that works for distance without too much trouble.

The eye doctor said that my eyes are doing well for a lady of my age and that I have diabetes. So that is good news for me.

I was fitted for a new pair of glasses which should be here within a couple of weeks. Oh goody, new glasses.

Then there is me getting on my soap box to rant about the annual jump forward in time. Grr, grr, grr.

My body does not like this one bit. I changed one clock last night but left the rest for this morning. Not a good thing, I find I do better by changing the clocks the night before. I don't know why I didn't last night. Lazy I guess.

Today is a day of rest, watching movies and knitting. I still don't have that scarf done that I began some months ago. Maybe this month I shall complete it.

I guess I'm back to my knitting. Have a grand day.
