Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

Here I am once again with a black piece of paper and I cannot think of a thing to write.

DH is off running errands for us. He is such a sweet man to do these things for us.

The hummingbirds finished off their bottle of liquid food. We waited until dark before we took it down to clean the jar and to make up more liquid for them. I've only seen one of them at the feeder. I hear them out there between twittering and zooming by always ready to run off any intruders in the area. Boy they are fast.

It looks like I need to get outside to water my plants. All this warm weather is drying out the earth. We haven't made it into the 70s instead it's been in the high 60s.

Yesterday while we were out, we stopped at this business who was giving away a table top scanner. It was free. DH found it on Free Cycle. At this point I have no idea where we are going to put it. Our dining table/work table is completely full.

With the dining room table is completely covered with computer equipment little cubbies to hold paper, dictionaries, and some of the boxes that held my gadgets. Then there are two jars of pencils. We haven't eaten at the table except for about a week until we decided to set up the computers.

Usually we eat in the living room in front of the television. As soon as we are done it's back to the kitchen to clean up and then to the computers.

Well, last night I had some excitement. I fell in the shower twice. The first was when I went to sit down to shave my legs and realized I didn't have a razor blade. I couldn’t get out of the tub. I ended up banging my right elbow. The second time, I lost my balance and I'm half in the tub and half out. Luckily, I didn't break anything. I only have some bruises. I have to say this morning's shower I was a little anxious but all came out okay and I even washed my hair. I think it's time to get a bathmat or shower stool.

Well hidey ho!
