Up early. I did have a cup of tea before leaving for my walk. The marine layer is in but blue sky is attempting to make an appearance. It was chilly enough that I wore a scarf this morning.



As the day progressed it has stayed overcast with only a hint of blue sky. Weather report says there may be sprinkles today and tomorrow.

I endeavored to do a walking selfie. Geesh, these things aren't easy.

Following up on my note to self from yesterday, here are a couple of photos of the newly cleaned up back patio.



Here is the weeded plot of dirt. I didn't pull up all the short grass as I kind of like the look of it. Will have to see how the calla lily does this summer. Last year, it didn't do well at all. I don't know if it doesn't get enough sunshine where it is.



The other end of the patio. The only plants I have now are succulents. It seems they are the only thing I can grow and not kill them. Hopefully, they will bloom this coming season.

Only a few more things left on the cleaning list and we are done by tomorrow and ready for the inspection on Thursday. Yea, me and Mr. F are so awesome! Gosh, I love that man.
