Another day of sunshine and I'm not complaining. I was talking with a friend of mine yesterday and we both agreed that we accepted the weather we were given and enjoyed it to the fullest. We both know that rain is going to appear one of these days.

It covers different interviews with people such as yesterday I listened to one with Barry White. One of my favorite singers. Today, I see they are featuring one with Carol Burnett. Anyway, I did go walking today. One of the things I really noticed was while walking on the dead end street, the pounding of the surf on the beach. Those off shore winds must be really moving along.

I also read earlier this morning that the Mavericks Surfing Tournament is going to be happening. This surfing contest is along the beach at Half Moon Bay, California and Pillar Point. Each year it is hit or miss depending on what the waves are doing. I've never gone to one of these event but would love to.

Also along the walk I saw these various things:



Pretty orange flowers of a succulent.



I noticed these little turquoise dots at the base of these trees around this one home. Hmm, I wonder what this means?



White on white. I had not seen a cat on a car in all the walks I have taken. While taking this shot, the owner came out to ask me if I needed anything. I said, "No, just taking a shot of the cat." He said okay.

So, this is the beginning of my day. Who knows what the rest will bring.
