Dispatches from the City of Angels

I'm a mystery writer living in and writing about Los Angeles. You can catch my short story, "Running Venice," in the new anthology LAndmarked for Murder. Look for it in bookstores and on Amazon.com now. In the meantime, feel free to poke around. Over at my website you can find even more blog entries than I could fit here, as well as a few other ramblings. Enjoy and come back often.

Obnoxious little bird in need of a good neck-wringing? Nope! It’s a fun new way to waste time!

Because sometimes, it’s just not worthy of a blog post, I now have a Twitter account. Whatever smart-ass remark floats through my mind in one hundred and forty characters or less with (gulp) no editing or spell check capabilities. Also, if you click on my picture, it blows it up to full screen in a way that sort of makes it look like I might eat your baby.

In any case, there is now a link to this nonsense above. (Look, there it is! Right up there in the purple navigation bar.)

And while we’re talking about the purple navigation bar, my technical support team, which is made up mostly of me, asks that I remind you that you can subscribe to this blog using the handy-dandy “subscribe” link up there. It’s fast, easy and results in absolutely no spam whatsoever. It does, however, result in you getting an e-mail notice whenever I post something new here. (Tweets not included.) And yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. (Not that you would want to.)
