Dispatches from the City of Angels

I'm a writer and humorist living in and writing about Los Angeles. You can catch my novel LOSING CLEMENTINE out March 6 from William Morrow. In the meantime, feel free to poke around. Over at my website you can find even more blog entries than I could fit here, as well as a few other ramblings. Enjoy and come back often.

I Bowled for Boobies, did you?

The most important thing is that this awesome team of women, these mystery writin', lovin' babes raised over $6,000 for women with breast cancer.

The second most important thing is that at least one person in the bowling alley knocked down fewer pins than I did. (Trust me, I checked.)

A special note of love to our fallen teammate, Jane DiLucchio, who ended up in the hospital before the event. A speedy recovery to her. And a note of thanks to fellow author Eric Stone who came to take pictures and ended up bowling in her place instead.
