Cars slidding and crashing, insurence rate going way up, school officials getting their ass chewed off by angry parents, kids staying home a couple more days after MLKing holiday and building snowmen, getting into sledding accidents; A young man with his friends getting stab twice becuase a stray snow ball hit a insane man's car, and the death of an 9 year old girl after her dad pulled her on a sleigh behind his truck got hit by a brick wall. . .that's how bad it was during this whole intire week during this bazzar weather storm in Oregon.

Me on the other hand, just stayed home and keeping myself busy. We were expecting company from my mom's first marriage. Her x-step kids, now fully grown with families of their own, were expected to come over and spend the week with us, both of them from California. Their trip delayed for 3 weeks!

ohh well. . . It was for the best. Mom hasn't gotten the house they ways she wants it and one of her x-step kid's duaghter is sick.
