i was reading through my cosmogirl mag a couple months back and i thought it would be a good artical to touch up on.

i'm gonna touch up on a few things. it seems these day that i am trying to get away from the little girl i used to be. And that was unconfident and shy and unsure about things; but now i look back and see it now as a advatage rather than a cripple.

See, i always told myself to over come it. pick out a person with a ongoing personality, and each day do something to break free of it. i also learn that shyness can have it adantages too, cause you are never in the spotlight, it allows you to observe while others are doing pulsive things. i'm sort of contradicting myself on this, i know. also, when i was in grade school ( middle school to be exact), i would get all these awards for "good citizenship" and "progressive honor role". i have alowed myself to be obsorbed myself in what really mattered. Ofcourse i was never a loner niether. i had friends, and that go even better in time.

resently i wrote down a few thing from my childhood that i remember (that would be in the next entry), and next i will ask people what their memories of me were.

One point that the artical talks about is that "during adolecence, girls start to be believe they have to be effortessly perfect." They silence the part that makes them unique in order to achieve goals that they have, "they star comforming to what other want them to be". Life get out of control "and it it easier to neglect things that makes" us "happy."

The artical talks about getting that spark back when you were a child by getting momentos. talk to family members and old friends and let them tell you what they remember of you when you were a kid. " Start observing things that will give you inspire a part of you that diapeared." It also reads; "Dont let other people inhibit you from doing thing that make you happy" and " only you know whats right for you."

HERE IS part two

questions to ask yourself?
1 do you find yourself agreeing with people so you wont stand out?
2 have you felt like you aren't being "you"?
3 do you have a tendency to put others needs and wants above you own?
4 when you were in high school/or in school, was fitting in a #1?
5 do you ever go along with the crowdso you don't rock the boat?
6 are there on or more dreams that you had as a child that you gave up when you were going up that you felt that is was unrealistic?
