What a difference half a day makes! Getting off of work early on Friday makes the weekend seem much longer than it actually is. Friday slowly begins to melt into the weekend, and by the time night falls, one can forget that Friday was ever part of the "work" week.
I'd like you to believe that I spent this time over the past weekend doing more productive things than I actually have. I cooked a little, cleaned a little, ran a few errands, and napped to my hearts content.

A few things to keep you entertained:

*My cat doesn't cover his shit. Yes, this is a crude revelation, and one you are probably sorry that I just shared with you. Is there a way to teach an adult male cat to cover his crap, or is this going to be an ongoing battle between the two of us (a proverbial "lifted toilet seat")?

*Jumping on a trampoline is fun, but face the back so nobody can see anything. There is no bad experience tale that I can offer to you, but I've been given those instructions more than once by someone who obviously never saw The Man Show with all the honeys or trampolines...or maybe they did see that and think of it as a cautionary tale. (Maybe that is why they call them TRAMPolines??? I joke. I kid)

*Interesting people are right under your nose if you know where to look. Sometimes those interesting people will turn up two times in a row.

*A British accent makes everything better. Although the British may spontaneously bust into American accents, but that is nowhere near as cool-sounding.
