(1) learns how to make a bomb;
(2) decides to build a bomb for themselves;
(3) makes a decision to ruin other peoples' day with a bomb;
(4) ruins other peoples' day/life with a bomb;

Of course, I refer to the bomb (story) that ruined the day/life of people in Jakarta in Indonesia.
