Well, did the earth move for you?

In the last two days there have been two earthquakes in the vicinity of the northern edge of the tectonic plate carrying Australia, that is north-east at about 67mm (~2.5")/year.

* under water, south of Bali, Indonesia: 6.1 magnitude (causing some damage)

* under water, off the north coast of Papua New Guinea: 6.7 magnitude

But, there are lots of other shakes (see the map) every day.
