Pages Written... 11

Rewrote eleven pages, pretty much changing stuff in the first chapter and deleting almost all of the second chapter. Managed the pages in record time, too, which just goes to show that sometimes inspiration doesn't outpace my fingers.

Saw Return of the King again this afternoon, with my son and a friend of his. God, what a good movie. Made better by having written, I must say. Seeing it through a writer's eyes rather than a fan's eyes. Different.

When we got home, hubby had made pizza dough and we tried our hand at pizza, Italian style. (It's all about the cheese. Forget the tomato sauce, really.)We did pretty good, since it's been a LONG time since hubby's used a pizza peel and stone, and I'd NEVER used one. We're still looking, though, for that really thin Rome pizza crust.

Though I will say that, putting mozzarella, provolone, gorgonzola and real parmasean together on a crust that has a thin layer of olive oil is just amazing. Add in fresh garlic, and your taste buds go into overdrive. As does your diet...

Am really looking forward to chapter three tomorrow. A nice change of pace.
