Christine's New Chapter
Never look down...

DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.

Ten

Pages Written... 10!
Listening to... The dryer
Exercise Done... Yoga

Since I last checked in, I've completed 15 new pages (after tossing 36 old pages), ten of them today. I'm doing a writing challenge this week and have set as my goal 10 pages a day - fell down on that yesterday, but made it today by the skin of my teeth. Luckily Hubby had other things to do when he got home, and I was able to pound out my last one and a half pages.

I've also managed to keep up with the yoga. Four classes last week, none this week but doing it on my own religiously (stretching all the muscles I over-stretched last week) so that's good. And it's not like I don't WANT to go to class - Youngest Son is taking Band Camp, and he goes from 10 - 11 every morning. My class is 9:30 to 10:30 on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, so that really sucks. But like I said, I'm managing. Feel like I've gotten taller, too, and not just because I'm wearing high heels more (LOVE my CANDIES!). Though, even with my heels, my older son is now taller than me by a baby finger's width. Amazing.

I now HAVE to sit up tall at the computer - my back muscles hurt too much if I don't! So another plus.

Oh - I've also finished The Life of PI, by Yann Martel. An amazing book, it sucked me right in. I'm reading another one right now about the tourists of Rome - where they went (Greece, mostly, as well as other parts of Italy) and what they found there (bad hotels, bad food, great sights as well as the good hotels and good food). I guess some things never change!
