So today I'm off to Laguna Beach, for our Creativity by the Sea retreat. Here's hoping it all goes well.

I've got enough food to feel a hoard, and all of it will be sitting in the back of my van. I just hope I can cram my overnight bag, two more people and their overnight bags, and still have room to breathe.

Oh well. I figure, one way or another, I'll learn a lot this weekend! If nothing else, how much pasta seven women can eat...

And we're not that close to the sea, darn it. It's a good six block walk, and some of the attendees are too frail to make that walk. Which makes me, as a person with a car, a driver...I really hate driving places I haven't been to before.

I'm stalling. Okay, I'm gone. Time to load up.
