I'm in edit mode now, and loving it. About a third of the way through the book. My editor had very cogent points, and I'm finding the fixing of them to be a lot of fun as well as making the story deeper and more resonant.

This book will most likely be out in July.

I would dearly love to turn in book 3 and get it off my plate - a possible December release. The fact that this book is practically (and at the same time nowhere near) complete make it very tempting. Plus - it just makes sense.

And then there's the new pet project that I really need to get going. It will be my main agent push novel this year, so I'm feeling a bit behind - but for the first time in a long time, I feel good about my work again.

That's nothing to sneeze at!
