And the Week Starts Again

Hey, I am here again. It is another Monday. I still have this stupid bug and so does B. We should take out stock in cough suppressant. I have to take it every 4 hours during the day. Dayquil doesn't do the trick, though Nightquil does-if I take a little bit more than recommended. Since I am larger than the average female, I do, but I don't double does. At least I can get 6 hours of sleep that way!

I can't even say I rested this weekend, since I coughed more than anything else. My ribcage hurts, however, I am still here! And that is the important thing.

It is raining in DC. We are to get thunderstorms this afternoon. So, I am prepared, Boots, jacket and umbrella. I had to wear a skirt since laundry did not get done. We both were sick. This bug has to go away!!

B bought me a big white teddy bear with a red heart that says "I Love You" for Mother's Day. It is cute. And the move "Happy Feet." Since I wasn't expecting anything, I love it. There's no money for jewelery or expensive gifts, and this fit the bill. He went out and got it even though he wasn't feeling well at all.

He has been respecting boundaries, even when I push. And even our arguements are gentler. He isn't acting out, or waiting till 10pm to let me know that there's a problem. So, either he's acting really well, or he has learned. He still is afraid of things. And when I react negatively to something, he does overreact. That we resolve then and there. He is afraid of me leaving, and that fear will be with him for a long time, which may be a good thing. Complaicency(sp?) isn't good for anyone. Including me.
