Qualifications: Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Training, Behavioral Science, Public Administration, or in a job related field of study. One (1) year work related experience. Ability to communication effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to speak before groups of people. Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for effectiveness. May be required to pass criminal background check.

I think my ability to communication effectively just might land me this one...
