Today I have extra company, kind of. My son is all congested and his appetite was off at dinner last night, so I kept him home. Hopefully it'll clear up pretty quickly, but we'll see. I really want him to rest today, but he's up there talking to himself and stimming. I may end up letting him play on the PS2 to keep him occupied. Or let him watch a movie, maybe. After lunch though. Even if he's not sleeping, he's in bed and that's some rest. Well, sorta. We set up a "bed" on the floor by me in my office.

This, of course, disrupts the flow of my day--more to do, more to keep an ear out on--so I'm running late for everything. I made my box lunch yesterday around 8 A.M. which is when the kids are getting ready to get out the door. I didn't finish it today until 10:30, which is when I'm supposed to start working, and I still have to take care of dishes.

Accomplishments
No exercise today, unless you count running up and down the stairs several times in the process of getting girl-child ready for school, boy-child settled next to me, and having to go to the restroom. 'Course, I do this just about every day anyway.

Dinner Yesterday
Teriyaki Chicken
Corn
Rice
Tea

We really needed some green stuff in that dinner, huh?

Breakfast
Pancakes
Milk

Froze 2 remaining pancakes to use for a lunch one of these days. Got that idea from Lunch in a Box.

Lunch Today
Complete with pictures!

On the left: Honey Rice Cake, Sliced Teriyaki Chicken
On the right: Salad with Avocado, Mac 'n Cheese, Carrot Sticks, and a Almond Nugget for dessert.

Since I only have 1 partitioned container, my son's lunch was put in a larger Tupperware container with smaller Tupperware containers used as the dividers.

The pictures still suck, but I did better at the angle and with the lighting, so I think it's just a cheap camera with sucky pictures. :P

I've actually purchased a new, cheap container lunch box from Amazon.com today. It was only $10 and since it's a stackable, it won't do the funny angles my current box does. I just have to make sure the youngest doesn't use it to store leftovers from dinner in.

Okay, really, time for me to get to work!
