I'm telling you, I've got to do something about my weekends. It's just too easy to let everything go. :P

Accomplishments
1 session of stretch.

If 2 days off is bad, 4 days off is killer. Between running late all morning and the 4 days of not doing anything, I just didn't have it in me to do both sessions. I should be back to 2 by Friday.

And why is it Logan (cat) only wants attention when I start working out? Silly thing....

Lunch Yesterday
Honestly don't remember. I know we had cake around 3....

Dinner Yesterday
Rice
Mixed Vegies
Fish Sticks
Tea

Breakfast
Cereal & Milk
O.J.

Hey! I resisted having cake! ;)

Lunch Today
Salad and Carrot Sticks with LF Ranch
Fish Sticks (cold?)
Rice Ball
Tropical Fruit Cup
Thin Slice of Cake

No pictures--I'll wait until there's more interesting food involved (they'll still be blurry, but at least they'll be more colorful). I've been begging hub for some stuff--Gouda cheese, fresh vegies (broccoli, carrots, cherry tomatoes, mmmm...), fresh fruit (grapes and stuff); but we have to wait until the finances can support it. Maybe with this week's check.

I made the rice ball a little differently this time. My biggest problem with eating them has been the texture, so I think I've been packing the rice to tight in the containers. This time i made it an actual ball with my hands, and I made the rice the way I normally do (so it's more yellow than white because of the butter). Hopefully this will go over better for me. Eating rice cold is okay, and the honey rice balls did grow on me, but the texture and blandness both made them tough to eat sometimes. Part of making all this work is to make the food work too. I am eating healthier and smaller portions at lunch, and eating more regularly, but I need to enjoy my food.

I admit it, I'm a food junkie. ;)
