So, lately I've been a lot more achy than usual, and I'm not sure how concerned I should be about it. Is it from the weather? Is my body trying to adjust to the day-on/day-off exercise routine I've been setting up, or is it something more serious? It seems to me I've been doing the exercise thing long enough that it shouldn't be this much a problem, but I've been having more trouble getting around. Especially stairs (although I do understand why at least one of my knees would have problems with that--an old judo injury that's definitely NOT been happy with even the mild stretching). When is it time for me to be more than passingly concerned about this?

It would seriously suck if I were coming down with arthritis. And bad timing too.

:(
