Silly Thinking

Ran across the following quote in an essay about Philip K. Dick, microchip implants, and the New World Order.

"This is not a dress rehearsal for the apocalypse. This is not a pseudo-millenium. This is the real thing folks. This is not a test. This is the last chance before things become so dissipated that there is no chance for cohesiveness." Terence McKenna

The essay suggests that we may have already used up our last chance.

On the other hand, McKenna was a lunatic. If you're not familiar with his speculations about psychedelics and the dreamtime, you could check him here. Unfortunately McKenna died three years ago. I'd love to hear what he'd have to say if he was alive today..
