It's not George W. Bush. I don't think George is really responsible for what his administration has done. George is clearly not even responsible for what goes into or comes out of his own mouth, which is why Bush so consistently chokes on 16 word sentences and pretzels.
No, the really nasty person, the real murderer, thief, and despot isn't George. It's this man pictured below.
