Larry:

Now that we have "removed the problem" you mentioned in your last E I must insist that you "stop the bleeding" and get "the project" back on track and get some decent numbers.
Last month the "problem" was the character "CDL" (a character we created by the way). We removed that problem (again) and now you have called upon us again.
We will not continue this systematic "removal" "replacement" "return" mess you have caused.
"CDL" actually contacted us the first time and we had to deal with that first hand. I don't need to tell you that we don't want a repeat of that situation.
You had better replace your last problem in fast order. And it had better not be yet another problem or we might come to the point of view that some have already arrived at: You are the problem.
