Eric Mayer Byzantine Blog Probably the only vaguely interesting thing about me is that with my wife, Mary Reed, I co-author the John the Eunuch mystery series set in sixth century Constantinople. But that doesn't stop me from dwelling here on the boring minutiae of the rest of my life, present and past, along with the occasional word about writing. |

2006-07-14 6:51 PM New Interview Julia Buckley has been posting author interviews on her Mysterious Musings blog. Julia writes:
Today's interviews are particularly fun, with a focus on history. First, Mary Reed and Eric Mayer, the husband and wife author team who created the John the Eunuch mysteries, chat about how they work together (Eric suggests it's by agreeing to leave their weapons at the door) and how they try to capture a realistic look at Ancient Egypt. Ann is a fellow Poisoned Pen Press author whose books have been getting great reviews. Julia's first mystery novel, THE DARK BACKWARD, was published in June of 2006. Her mystery series, featuring amateur sleuth Madeline Mann, starts in 2007 with PITY HIM AFTERWARDS. Read/Post Comments (4) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
