One of these days I intend to get back to blogging regularly. Lately I haven't felt like I had much to say. It's not that I don't like hearing myself talk, but when I put even myself to sleep....

Mary and I had a tough time the past few months waiting for the winter that never did arrive. If we got ten inches of snow all winter I'd be surprised and the temperature never sank to zero. I'm sure we'll pay for it in the futrue, so, at least, there's that to fret about.

Nine for the Devil has been released into the wilds. We have a box of books to sign and return to the press and I have mentioned a few early reviews. I know I am supposed to be doing publicity but, honestly, pushing our books to you folks is pretty much like carrying coals to Newcastle.

Then again, Mary's from Newcastle.

You might be interested in a short excerpt from Nine for the Devil which is up on author Chris Redding's blog.

Also, Nine for the Devil was Pierce's Pick for the week of March 5 over at the Rap Sheet. Jeff Kingston Pierce has supported our books right from One For Sorrow and we really appreciate it.
