So Dan came into town this past weekend, and I went with him to his sister's wedding. It was lovely. Absolutely marvellous. Rebecca was beautiful. (She looked like a 1920's dame, short hair, lovely dress.) If I get hold of pictures I'll post a few. She got married in the evening at Cafe Bacchus--the wedding itself took maybe twenty minutes, short, sweet, and really really touching. Then we had one of the most lovely dinners. Dan and I each got something different for each course and shared. It was all wonderful (I was just glad I felt like eating again). And everyone got to sit around and talk and celebrate...it was a lovely evening.

Dan and I went down to Pleasant Street afterward because Hogblast was playing that night. (Becca really wanted to go, she told us was one of the original Hogblast girls, which made Dan and I laugh--and she was, I'm sure of it.) Dan decided he was too tired to stay though, it had been a long evening. (To be honest, I was too tired too, but I stayed anyway. After all, there wasn't much point in leaving at that point without Sean.)

I've been hacky on and off, but I feel worlds better than I did. It sort of comes and goes in waves. I've been drinking lots of hot tea. (Tracina, I still have to try the black vanilla rose stuff you sent. Have you smelled it? It smells awesome.) Things there are generally on the up.

I had a job interview yesterday. It did not go badly, but I think I am short several of the skills they want in someone. I could learn, and they may decide the same thing, so we'll see.

Tonight, Zoe is in town, and she and Michelle and Gina (maybe Yetta?) and I will be going out to Daikoku. And then later I meet Sean at Pleasant Street. (Hey, it's the Five Year Anniversary Bash. Come down!!)

And I'll write to entertain you kids more later!
