mmm chicken sausage

So tonight we had the Al Fresco fully cooked buffalo style chicken sausages for dinner. We just had them on hot dog buns, and I have to say they were really really good. I think we may try the chicken apple sausage the same way. But now the problem we're having is with condiments...what do you put on them? I tried a little mustard on the buffalo flavored ones, and that was fine, but not as complementary as it could be. I imagine ranch or blue would be good...what about on the chicken apple sausage?
