Well after our last loss on sunday, against Assassins, we got eliminated from playoffs and season ends here for us.

A balance was already made, and we are really happy with what we've done, we had a successful season, improved a lot as a team, had HUGE games and great performances, and we learned a lot from this PRO experience.

Personally, I would like to thank all of you for being part of this team, I enjoyed a lot playing with you guys, and I hope we remain together.

Everything else that happened on sunday (and you know what I'm talking about) doesn't even deserve my time writing in here, I'm glad with the team we have and I've already spoken with who I consider important.

From now on, exo-Polotics is taking over captainship again, so you will hear news from him in the coming days. We are going to build a great roster for the next season, and we want all of you to keep pracing hard!

Aenima vs. Externals - Post analysis

First, congratulations to everyone who showed up today. Yeah, it was a loss, and we could have won, but we played and fought like true men, we made them run and backlob! and our performance was great. We belong to PRO, we are a PRO team, and it was proven today.
I am personally happy and proud of how we played today, there are a lot of things to correct and improve, and this is a good lesson for the future.

Here is my analysis of each player that played today, I would like to see some words from everyone else. Let's work on fixing our mistakes from now on.

slomo - I knew that you would make a HUGE match if you holded the first 10 minutes like you did. You were a beast, dealed tons of damage and hurted them all the time. Your covering and offense was great. I would say it was the best performance I've seen from you. Not much to say, just need to adjust some moves with the rest of the team to finish more kills.

eXo-polotics - You have proven how much better you have got. You handled the pressure of starting in a hard match and did very good. Maybe you were the most non-factor at all of the starting lineup, but you were a good supporter, always sticking with the team.
What to improve? You got into a lot of risky situations and ran out of reps too quick, and that's probably something you have to work on. Dealing and making more damage, and preventing death situations.

Uni - Made a lot of damage as well as slomo, your aim and accuracy is always great, you hurted the enemy in key moments and you were a huge offense weapon. Your performance was awesome until your first death. I saw you losing patience and rushing at Enforcer who was almost with full energy, which made you die.
What to improve? Like I said, you were great until you lost your patience, you need to not get impatient and obsess over targets, and that made you waste 2 reps also. You gotta keep it cool, stay with the team and avoid rushing, waiting for a kill situation is key, you will see them coming without going after all the time.

nismo - Honestly I wasn't paying too much attention at you, probably you played a passive game and didn't get into too much risk, but you had a good teamwork and supported very well.

ozzi - You were great at the offense, but you failed on teamwork, you splitted too much from your team, went into a lot of no sense rushing and over obsessed on the enemy.
What to improve? Like I say, you are a great offensive player and your attacks were deadly, but you need to hold and wait for the killing situations, the team probably failed at following your lead too, but that doesnt mean you have to go alone after the target. There is time to adjust such things, you are a key offense player and your kills today were great.

I'm writing this up just to put up my point of view of where are you failing, don't take it as a offense, you all played HUGE today and I'm proud of this team. GG everyone.

About me, obviously, I'm not going to make an analysis of my own game, but I felt really secure and strong today, our teamwork was fantastic. I haven't played like this in years, I'm getting it back and improving a lot like the most of you, there is a lot to learn and change still, but we are on the right path.

And thanks to AnalIntruder for supporting the team from spec, handling subbing and being a part of everything, always. Like I told you, you had a bad week but you will recover and be owning again.

Guys, next week our opponent is going to be Assassins. We are most probably not going to win, but let's be confident again, let's give them a hard time and put up the best fight. If we work and keep pracing we can repeat today's performance and make it much better. We are building a beast machine for the next season. In only 3 or 4 months we became a top team, we will go far if we keep like this. I trust 100% in you!

King Of Externals II

This sunday, at 2 pm EST, KOE II will start.

It's going to be the same, but we are going to use the rating points that the bot provides, instead of the old ranking system we used on KOE I.

This tournament will last until the league season is over, and it's going to be helpful to practice and to make you try hard to be the best player of the squad!
And it's obvious that KOE performances are a big influence on player picks for matches, starters and subs. So let's start trying hard.

The Brilliant Guide on How to Beat Aenima

Greetings everyone. I am here to give my humble thoughts on our match versus Aenima.

To all of you who don't know this yet, three takes SS more seriously than he takes life. He has been away, and if he doesn't get to play this match, we have an advantage. HOWEVER, Aenima still has very good and old players (and a few bad ones). Their teamwork is extremely based on what three tells them. But players such as Enforcer, Grifter, Palin (inactive...) and Supremacist speak for themselves. The rest of their roster is made of old elite players that aren't in shape yet (Tidal, Tunahead, ossi) and the rest are mid-leveled players who could be used to keep a score advantage, but are not really good and some of them are very very choke-prone (Cheap Liquor, Motorzep, Grinder, Nilrem, shakers, Stiggy).

Being the brilliant analyzer that I am, here are my thoughts on what we should be doing this sunday:

STARTING LINEUP:
bob marley & slomo = to give confidence in-game, deal damage and make smart moves, although I strongly suggest they play very conservative for the first 15 minutes, seeing that they are most likely to play the whole match.

exo-polotics & nismo = support the team, deal damage, but focusing more on what bob and slomo are doing would be ideal. Both me and Unique should be subbed under the circumstances below:
1-) Run out of repels ANYTIME.
2-) 10 minutes of game are reached.

Then I think the ideal subs would be Ozzi,AnalIntruder,Uni and Unique. Nismo gets on fire sometimes, if he is on fire on this game, let him in and sub only me. I think Holier should stay in spec leading the whole game, because this is just a plan, and as all plans have a chance of failure, Holier should be in charge of completely modificating it and doing what he want, including putting himself in.

It all depends on a lot of things and I think Holier should be wise enough to deal with this.

The ideal four, to go to the end of the game, in my opinion, should be:

bob marley
slomo
AnalIntruder/nismo/ozzi
Uni

Uni has a tendency of wasting reps. I think he won't let that happen anymore.

If any of you fear and dont play head-to-head with them, I hope you die in real life.

Playoffs Round 1

Playoffs are starting, and our first opponent is going to be Aenima. This sunday, at 4 pm EST.

This is probably the best match up we could have got, it's not going to be easy, but it's by far the easier squad of the top 4. This is a great chance to get a win, we can do it, they are a very beatable squad.

During the week I will post an analysis and we will work on getting to know the enemy, which is very important. We also need to work in fixing our mistakes and improving on what we fail. Review last match against Sterling.

And taken from slomo, three things where we are failing:

1. Fear. We don't have to fear anyone, in any situation. If you fear in combat you will probably lose. You gotta be sure and trust yourself.

2. Patience when we have a lead, the match against Iron was a great example of how we held a good lead, we never lost it and we finished with a win. Against Sterling we started winning (it was only a 1-0 lead thought) but we got very nervous and finished losing a match where we had chances to win.

3. Repping earlier. It's KEY to use your repels based on SITUATIONS, you dont have to rep basing on your ENERGY, always watch around yourself, SEE the situation and don't wait until you are very low, you have to understand and to know when is the moment to rep before it's too late, even if after you find out you could have survived, it's better to waste a rep than a life.

I want everyone's input on what things we need to improve in our gameplay, it's very important to know what failures does everyone see in our team play.
We will also have a brief analysis of the enemy posted on the next days.

And, KOE II will begin this Sunday, at 2 pm EST. I will post a short introduction of the new tournament before this weekend.

Let's get some serious pracing going for this match. I hope to see the best of you all.

Hey guys,

This sunday we will have SS olympics being hosted (this means we don't have league round) and since some of us (including myself) are going to play for their teams on this event, I'm not going to host the new KOE until playoffs start.

Anyway, besides the event, and if you are not going to participate on it, we will host some practices in order to get ready for the playoffs, so be around 3-6 pm EST during that day to practice HARD!

The next week I will post info for the new KOE tournament, and it will begin along with the playoffs.

Externals in PRO!

Congratulations guys!
Externals secured a PRO spot today after beating Iron 8-7 in a HUGE and epic match.
We are one of the only 5 squads that secured a PRO playoff spot, US, Assassins, Aenima, Sterling and Flawless. Be proud :)

GG to everyone who played and showed today, we played very intelligent, we recovered from a 0-2 in the start, we took the lead 3-2 and didnt lose it. It was the best performance by far of the season, and we are very proud and happy about it.
Thanks for everyone who showed and didn't play too, we managed to sub as much as possible, but it was a key match. All of you had a good and positive attitude, let's keep this going, we are improving and growing a lot as squad.

Now the challenge is bigger too! We will get a hard match next week, It's the last round of regular season before playoffs. Let's not get sleepy, practice a lot, there is always more to improve and get better.

A brief overview over Iron's match

Iron are ballers(PB) and hockers(HZ). They been around for a while in SVS and they know each other well. Individually speaking, they are regular, average players, except for Legacy, who is pretty good.

Iron flies like pussy and are backarrowers. Due to their losses against us in many pracs, they will not underestimate and will possibly use a strong lineup with smart subbing. That if they're smart, because if they do what they did to REDs we will win for sure.

They have been relying a LOT on Paimon (Euripedes), Agile, higherself and 10 to finish their games. None of them are motive of panic or anything, they are pretty even with us. They have HUGE choke prone players such as Confront, Zesta, Erotica, Sky and Kodiak, players that will probably get a chance to play versus us. Their only difference is that they're an older squad. We should be at LEAST equal to them, but I believe we're better and we'll have this game.

EVEN THOUGH our roster for this week will not allow us to throw our top stuff, IN MY OPINION, we should do the follow:

STARTERS: slomo + AnalIntruder (for a strong damage basis)
Holier/ozzi + nismo (strong support)

AnalIntruder and slomo should only be subbed if they're last life and 0 rep, which WILL NOT HAPPEN. Holier(or ozzi)/Nismo should be subbed as soon as they lose their toys by Outbox and, lastly, me. It all depends on how they will be playing on the match day, so, for example, if Holier is rockin I think he should be subbed on second life, 0 reps, OR AT LEAST 5 minutes sub-burning.

The important thing is to play slow, easy, lob lob lob, do their game, use a lot of the map, the kills will eventually come. By 15 minutes of game I think we should have in field slomo, analintruder, outbox, myself/nismo/holier/ozzi, depending on who is rocking more.

I know and can predict every Iron move. They have NO DEPTH at ALL. bob marley is away for the week. And remember, don't let them push and scare us away, that's what WE should do.

Last round of KOE, then Iron

This sunday, we are going to play the last round of KOE, what does this mean? We are gonna have a change and start a new one, King of Externals II, with a different point system and adding a few things. I will explain this better during this weekend and the coming week.

This KOE round 6 will be a bit different too, we are going to play half hour of 2v2 matches then we will end up with a few 4v4 rounds. I expect you all to show up at 1 pm EST to play this last round of KOE, the best performances will have higher chances to play on the match, as always.

For 2v2, we will use this system: for every match, every player on the winner team gets +4 KOE points, the mvp gets a plus of +2, and every player on the losing team gets a -2. We will improve this later for the next KOE, but this sunday it's gonna be like this.
For 4v4 we are using the same system we used before.
So don't miss this round, cause we will define KOE I winners!

And, at 3 pm EST we are facing Iron.
This is gonna be probably the toughest match of the season, and the most important of the regular season for us.
Why? Because we have to prove we are up to be a top squad, cause we will get high ranked on the standings if we win, and we have to take this match as a final. We have no excuses and we have to put up our BEST fight.
This match is key, we can make it to pro. I am confident on you guys, I trust this team, and I know we can give more and more. Let's keep pracing hardcore, and let's show everyone who we are, let's show them the EXTERNALS POWER!

So let's meet at 1 pm EST this sunday, let's start our warming up with KOE and then be prepared for this match.

First of all, congratulations for the win last sunday against Victimise, we had a poor turnout and only an early sub, but we handled it and managed to win it easily.

Now we face Shard Rep, this sunday at 3 pm EST, it will be tougher than the last time, and we need to put up a good fight.
I expect a better show for this sunday, we need to have a deeper bench, we WILL use a lot of subs and we need all of you to be there.

Ok after two weekends of not posting the KOE standings, here we go.

I will remind you how the points are counted:
1-) For every KILL the player gets 2 points.
2-) For ever DEATH the player LOSES 1 point.
3-) If you are the first out, you lose 5 points.
4-) If you die with reps you will lose 1 point for every wasted rep.
5-) You get 1 point for every assist.
6-) 1 point for every forced rep.
7-) If you have the most damage dealt of the match you get 2 points.
