The ferrets are: eating

Weather: beautiful and sunny - a good day for getting lost (or found) in a corn maze

Reading: A Wizard of Earthsea, Ursula K. LeGuin

Knitting: caps for Christmas

So what do you think about me writing a novel in November? It woulnd't have to be a good novel, just a novel. Something to get me writing again, getting those words out, those ideas, those pent-up anguishes that languish within my sodden breast. It should be a new story, not some old thing that I want to polish up, though the gods know I have plenty of those.

Maybe I will.

Yes, I will. Want to join me? There's an organization for it - just find the link in the links here and take a look.

And here's a quote from the site for you, so you know what's going on: "1) I am a serious writer now, and, 2) As a serious writer, I will not have time for household chores until December." (This does not explain how I am to finish Christmas knitting. Well, breaks at work and during occasional movie breaks will have to suffice!)
