I have got to figure this out… this journaling thing. It's a lot like talking to yourself, only with an audience. At one time, when I was trying desperately to get my life in order, I talked to myself constantly. Luckily I didn't have an audience back then.

But that incessant voice is mercifully quiet now. Now there is very little going on between my ears when I'm not working with my clients, on my new e-course, or on my new book.

I didn't want this journal to be like my other work. I wanted it to be "stream of consciousness," unstructured, organic. Thing is, unless I sit here in front of one of these blank journal pages regularly, too much time goes by between entries.

Sorry about that.

Right now my e-course (which is based on my book "When You Reach the End of Your Rope, Let Go!") is the focus of my attention. I'll tell you a bit about that, if that's alright with you. It's very exciting actually. Along with a web savvy partner, I'm designing an interactive self-help program based on the exercises in the book.

I'm hoping it will be like my practice, which I love; only I'll be working with many more people. And given the numbers my partner envisions, I'll be able to keep the cost of the program very reasonable.

I will for sure keep you in the loop on developments there.

One more thing... if you feel like it, send me an email with a thought, question or a topic you'd like me to address. You can reach me at geoffrey@timetoletgo.com. Maybe we can get a dialog going through these journal pages, too.

Be well. Till next time....

Geoffrey
