There is nothing to read here. The content is over there, to your right.

I may, however, at some point, put something here. Some day. Eventually. No pressure.

a blustery day

Busy hell.

The store was broken into and everything in the safe was taken. $250 000+ in gold and about $10 000 in cash, stolen. Not to mention the computers, software, et cetera that are gone as well. Spent most of Friday/Saturday with the insurance adjuster who was (at least) sympathetic and not too put off by tears and the (more than) occasional cuss word.

Still waiting for the glaziers to come and replace the glass in the display cases. It could be a few more days.

Bah. I don't want to talk about it anymore.

Today would be an excellent day to go for a quick walk and then a few hours soak in the tub. Maybe even get a fire started in the fireplace and just curl up on the couch and read.

None of that will happen, of course. Instead there's more clean up (hopefully with less glass splinters in the fingertips), more talking to RCMP/lawyers/carpenters and then off to watch my son's volleyball game.

A completely doable day. I just don't have the want to do any of it.

Whatever. Like the whinging helps. Deal with it, Dar.
