Netta Land

I’m gonna keep this short, but very sweet.

I am in Netta Land and having an absolute blast. We shared a bottle of champagne and toasted our good fortune over and over again. Then we went out for a big honkin’ yummy dinner, but if the truth be known, the company was even more delicious.

As you all know, I am going through a tough patch, but things are looking up – one clichéd day at a time. Being here with Netta is the best medicine.

I will write later the chronicles of my perilous cross-country trip ALONE. Weather was challenging. But I did stop over in K.C. to see my eldest and his adorable family.

I feel your prayers and all your good thoughts – THEY ARE WORKING – and I thank you ever so much.

Okay. I am typing on Netta’s beautiful laptop – you know, the one The Knight gave her. After dinner we went to our own rooms to change into our jammies – well, that’s what she instructed me to do – but I simply didn’t think it would be proper to parade down the hall in the buff. Heh. So, I am in comfy sweats.

Goodnight, everyone. Tomorrow I head for Nashville and then up to Mounteagle Mountain. xoxo

P.S. I feel a major JS reunion in my bones. Being with Netta has been most gratifying.
