2007-01-03 9:21 AM *Howdy* *Hello* My name is Reenie.
Just thought I’d introduce myself in case you’ve forgotten. I’ve been away from these pages for a while. :) I successfully waded through the usual holiday angst, which was minimal this year. Odd, huh? Especially since my 2006 was punctuated with so much despair. Nothing like a Caribbean cruise to help assuage ones sorrows. :))) Nary a strand of tinsel decked my halls. Ordinarily, my home sings with baubles and such, to make Clark Griswold’s pale – except I’ve never been one to crawl across a roof to install lights. Upon reflection, my Bests of 2006 were: meeting you, moving to beautiful Monteagle, and enjoying the fine folk on The Mountain. My sciatica issues are nearly healed after 60+ days. I pop a few Advil each day and plow forward. I have so much to post. I will do it in installments. But just wanted to poke my head in to say *howdy*. I’ve missed you. My very good friend from Rhode Island is still here with me – this is her last day. *sigh* But the good news is that she’s initiating the bidding process on a home in the ‘hood. Told ya! The Mountain is magical – people don’t want to leave once they visit. :) I’m sending belated good wishes with scoops of joy, love, hugs and hope for 2007. Many thanks for the cards and emails – all so welcoming upon my return. xoxo Read/Post Comments (14) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
