Last week, my first week as an assistant cook at St. Mary’s, the resident guests were a group of delightful quilters from Huntsville, AL. I couldn’t resist taking pics of their vast activity – and this group was half the size of the group that had been there the week before!

Quilters are nice folk – just like our Netta. There was lots of laughter, and bless their hearts, they were filled with gratitude for the simple meals we prepared for them.
