Honor

David's graduation ceremony took place today. It was an honor to be in an audience to witness the most remarkable men & women I 've seen assembled in a long time. I was so proud of my country and the service and commitment the graduates represent.

Earlier, David received recognition for service. He was instrumental in organizing many of the volunteer activities for the JAGs. The goal was 300ish hours and they raised the bar to an unprecedented 420ish hours - to include a 5K fundraiser, and many, many hours at a Ronald McDonald House. and other generous efforts. All of this was accomplished while attending law school and continuing officer's training.

Olivia left this evening after spending several days with us. Tomorrow David and I will drive to Lexington for her awards ceremony at W&L Law. I enjoy her family so much and they are generously including us in family events.

There's more to report but I don't want to right this moment.

I am so proud of my son. I couldn't be happier for him or myself.
