2006-04-22 11:42 AM More stew Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (1) Made a vegetarian version of the Brazlian fish stew that I've mentioned before: I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth, and used carrots and potatoes instead of fish and seafood. The carrots took a long time to cook: it must have simmered for an hour or more. Some people we know just had a baby, and we were on the list of people to bring food to them.
