It's exciting to see how dedicated they are to their company and their career. When the clock rolls around to 6 PM (when we started out at 8 AM sharp) and they say, shocked "that they can't believe it's 6 PM already" I have to admire not only their work ethic, but their dedication to get the job done and done well.
