Labor Day. My first day off in a long time. And I am proud to say that I did nothing.

Well, almost nothing.

I got up late, 9am, which is later than my usual wake-up time of 4:30am. Wife was ill, so it was just me and my son, Ben. We went for a bike ride, and for ice cream. I read and he watched movies. I made some chicken enchilladas and Spanish rice.

I guess I did more than nothing, but, it was a relaxing day.

I have no big thoughts (or small thoughts) for my first entry to this thing. So, I'll just say Hello, and then get back to some other kind of writing.

Oh, yeah, I'm a writer, with a few projects in the works -- a mystery novel and another novel I haven't categorized yet, a few short stories, and my personal biography, which, to be frank, scares and depresses me a little.
