Sorry for being so late in posting this. It was a very busy and stressful day at work. But enough about that.

Last night's Elimination Show started off with a bang and just got better. While Ben and I were trying to decide if Dilana or Ryan would get the encore, SuperNova announces a new twist -- that each week one luck rocker would perform a song with the band. And the first lucky rocker was (yes, you guessed it) DILANA.

SuperNova made it clear that they were far from picking a winner for this thing, but I think we're all pretty sure who the favorite is. And what a performace! Great song, great sound, they looked like a band that's been together for years. Man, I can't wait to buy this album when it comes out. And tickets to the show.

The encore was Ryan, of course. And it was great seeing him sing IN THE AIR TONIGHT one more time.

And we were on to the Bottom Three. Zayra, Patrice, Toby, Magni, and Storm. Okay, I don't get Toby being there. And Magni? Well, each week another rocker goes, and it becomes more likely someone will fall there.

First up, Zayra. She sang something ... I never heard it before ... neither did SuperNova, and they didn't look pleased. We thought that Zayra would go, depending on the next two performances.

Second up, Patrice. She sang a song by Hole. I'm not crazy about Courtney Love, but I thought Patrice delivered a stellar performance. It appeared SuperNova did, too.

Third up, MAGNI???? Huh? Are you kidding? Well, at least we got to see him perform again, and there's nothing wrng with that. He sang CREEP, and he nailed it, just like we thought he would.

At this point, it was a no-brainer. Zayra was going to be sent home. And she was. I liked that SuperNova thinks Patrice has potential. I think she does, too. I like that SuperNova and the voters gave Storm a break, and I liked how she handled the negativity. I just like Storm.

Now that Zayra is gone, well, I'll miss her just a little. She was fun to watch, and she does sing well. She handled her dismissal with class and grace, and that's good, too. I don't know why Tommy, Gibly, and Jason couldn't pronounce her name, though.

Going forward, it's going to get tough. I like everyone who's left, but one by one, they will all be dimissed until Dilana wins.

I mean ... until someone wins. It could be Storm. Or Magni. Maybe Lukas or Ryan. We'll see.
