Well, I definitely wasn't ready for this. What was Dilana thinking? It was really surprising because up till last night, she seemed to be one of the nicest and one of most supportive of all the other rockers. Remember how she helped Dana out?

Ryan said it best. That just because she's "on top" -- and she probably is -- doesn't mean she gets to treat anyone badly. And I liked that Lukas didn't bite when Dave asked him how he felt. Ryan and Lukas showed enormous class that I think Supernova appreciated. Maybe Dave was trying to stir up more controversy. I don't know why, the show doesn't need it -- in fact, it's one reason I like Rockstar better than other reality shows.

Dilana apologized though, and I do feel it was sincere. She said she was being honest, but really, I think she made some comments that were unsolicited. And if you can't say something nice, say nothing at all, right? Anyway, she says she's learned from it, she's made amends, and I think the rockers are willing to move on. So, good.

It was evening of more surprises. I watched the show late from tape, because I went to my Karate class. And speaking of Karate class, I may be changing the colors on my Journalscape page soon. Ben had watched the show earlier and was dying to tell me who was dismissed, but i wouldn't let him. He hinted at it, though. As he went up to bed, he said: "I won't tell you who goes home, but you probably know."

Toby performed the track with Supernova, and once again the band sounded great. I actually think any of the six remaining could front this band and they'd be good. Toby did an awesome job. really, really good.

No encore ... don't know why ...

I was happily surprised to see that Storm escaped the Bottom Three, but was a bit disappointed I wouldn't get to see her perform in those sexy fishnet stockings. My God, that woman is beautiful.

First up -- Magni. Why he was there? Well, with only seven rockers left (now six) it's getting harder to not be there at least part of the time. This show only has four weeks left, can you believe that? Feels like it just started.

Anyway ... Magni BLASTED out an awesome version of FIRE (JIMI HENDRIX). And I knew he wasn't going home.

Patrice was up next, and peformed what I thought was a "killer" version of MIDDLE OF THE ROAD (PRETENDERS). It was a great song for her and she did it justice. Her rearrangement (a risk with a classic song) worked, and she looked comfortable singing it. But ... I didn't think it impressed Supernova enough to keep her.

Toby was next. Not Storm, which was a good thing for me (and for Storm), but not so for Patrice. Before Toby even said what song he was doing, I knew he wasn't going anywhere. And after he finished singing PLUSH (STP), I knew for sure who was going home.

I'll miss Patrice. She's a rcoker and she's also a hottie. I hope I see her rising in her own career or with her band.
