2007-01-07 6:44 PM I hate cliches I really hate cliches, especially when I find them occuring in my own life.
So you know that one about you don't really realize how important something is until it's taken away from you? I mean, we can all agree that it's true of electricity and chocolate, and caffeine, and heat and stuff, right? I keep forgetting it applies to people, too. Not that anyone's dying or anything, but I just got news about a friend of mine moving, kind of out of the blue, and it made me surprisingly upset. I've had the reputation before of being somewhat divorced from my emotions (don't laugh helena or duffiemoon), so sometimes I get blindsided when I don't realize how good a friend someone has become. So don't mind me, I'll just be spending the next six months in denial, thank you very much. Read/Post Comments (2) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
