2007-05-25 4:43 PM Two Chinese Boys "I Want it That Way" I swear to god, Naoto doesn't actually do any work at the office.
He just pointed me to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kNA6maqvtI Which is a fairly funny rendition of the Backstreet Boys' "I Want It That Way" done by these two Chinese Boys who totally CRACK me up with their facial expressions. I think it tickles me because while their overblown facial expressions and lip movements look ridiculous in the context, like if it were the Backstreet Boys doing it, it wouldn't look as silly. What is that? Why do pop songs not sung in a language you know seem so silly? I get that all the time with japanese pop songs, I think the singers over-emote and are silly. The Two Chinese Boys' rendition of a Jessica Simpson song is just scary. Very scary. Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
