Cycling for dollars
As of today, the running pledge tally for my 50-mile MS Tour for a Cure ride next Sunday stands at $1965. That's approximately $1890 more than I figured I'd manage to scrape up. Thank you, everyone who's pledged or contributed.
Also, thanks to überblögger and fellow CRIMESPREE #2 alum Sarah Weinman, who's going to be adding her Joan Hancock to the six swag issues I'm using as bai-- uh, pledge incentives.
My mother wants to know whether I'll have enough to eat along the route. Not to worry, mom. The other cyclists will have food with them, so all I have to do is watch for the weak and injured.
If anyone can point me toward a nice lightweight cudgel, I'd appreciate it.
