Classical music help

I've been trying to figure out what this piece of music is for a couple of days now. I thought it might be from the Nutcracker, but that ain't it. Anybody know? All I know is cartoon characters tiptoe sneakily to it.

The soundfile is my rendition from memory, so it's probably a little wrong.
