In between the times I get to work on JournalScape.com, I have to do this thing called "actual work."

The company I work for has recently been going through some traumatic, and in my opinion negative, changes. It seemed for a while that every day was just another oppurtunity to find something else wrong with the whole situation.

Today was different though. I think someone in the myriad of manager layers above me, someone finally heard our cries for assistance. Someone finally listened to the issues we said were facing the company.

Nothing has actually happened yet, but at least their ears have perked up. Is this the turning point?
