Today is the last day of Virtualis, the company I "work for." 2 months ago, our parent company acquired another hosting company, and 2/3 of our employees were laid off. Then they were asked to stay on for 2 more months (out of "professional courtesy") to help with the migration of our customers to the other company.

Today is the last day of those 2 months. People are wearing black, some are riding around on rollerblades, some are planning to get drunk, and I'm hoping we're all going kareokeing tonight.
